Bought The Wrong Part? Here's How We Fix It
Straightforward returns on eligible parts, clear refund timing, and a real person to talk to if something's not right.
How To Return A Part
Four steps from "this isn't right" to a completed refund.
Contact Us First
Call, text, or email before sending anything back — we'll confirm it's eligible.
We Give You Instructions
You'll get the return address and any info needed to pack it safely.
Ship It Back
Pack the part securely and send it back within the return window.
We Process Your Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
What Can Be Returned
Because these are used and salvage parts, eligibility depends on the part's condition and how it was listed.
Generally Returnable
- Parts that don't fit the vehicle you ordered them for
- Parts that arrive defective or not as described
- Parts still in the same condition they were shipped in
- Requests made within the return window, with us contacted first
Generally Not Returnable
- Parts that were installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Electrical parts that show signs of improper installation
- Parts sold "as-is" or listed with pre-existing cosmetic damage matching what was described
- Requests made outside the return window
Refunds — How & When
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned part, refunds are typically processed within [[REFUND_DAYS]] business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. We don't hold funds as store credit unless you ask us to.
Return Shipping
If a part arrived defective, damaged, or wrong, we'll cover return shipping. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.
Partial Refunds
If a part is returned used, incomplete, or with damage not related to shipping, a partial refund may apply — we'll always explain why before it's processed.
Part Arrived Damaged Or Wrong?
Contact us right away with photos of the part and the packaging before you do anything else. This is the fastest way for us to get you a replacement or refund — we'd rather fix it than have you stuck with the wrong part.
Warranty vs. Returns
Two different things that cover you in different ways.
Warranty
Covers a part that fails after it's installed and working correctly for a while. Most parts include a 90-day warranty — see the listing for specifics on each part.
Returns
Covers a part you want to send back before installing it — wrong fit, changed your mind, or it arrived not as described. Use the return process above.
