**Physical Condition:**
In mostly good physical condition with no major cracks or damaged mounting tabs. However, the lower portion of the panel is warped, as shown. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and trims for installation.

**Cosmetic Condition:**
The paint finish has heavier spots of scrapes and flaking / chips, as well as large areas of bubbling as shown. We recommend having this panel professionally refinished prior to installation.
